Shipping/Returns
All Chocolates are made fresh to order, depending on the quantity ordered it may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Terms and Conditions.
- Postage/delivery are calculated according to weight, if your address is in a remote area with substantially high shipping costs we may not be able to fulfil your order, and a refund on your purchase will be made if you are not willing to pay the shipping difference.
- There is a 3 month shelf life on products, unless stated otherwise. Date is specified on bag/box/packaging.
- Payments must be made before items are shipped, unless otherwise arranged, such as in person pick ups.
- There is a no return policy due to health standard requirements.
- Products are manufactured according to Australian health standards.
- We are registered with the Australian Food Authority.
